1. Studio Overview & Data Controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Raw Cinema Nepal ("we", "us", or "the Studio"), registered under Rasik Wagle, collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data and client media when you interact with our public website, submit studio inquiries, or access private client proofing galleries.

2. Information We Collect

• Inquiries & Communications: When you submit our studio contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, production type, and project details to coordinate bookings and quotes.
• Client Gallery Credentials: When private client galleries are provisioned, we store your email, gallery access tokens, and a secure bcrypt-hashed gallery access PIN.
• Media Assets & Proofing Data: Photos, preview variants, video files, EXIF metadata, and your client favorites list are stored securely to provide your digital delivery portal.
• Technical Log Data: Minimal server logs and rate-limiting metrics (such as IP addresses and failed authentication attempts) are recorded strictly for abuse prevention and studio security.

3. Private Client Galleries & PIN Protection

Client galleries are strictly private and protected by access PINs. Access sessions are cryptographically signed using HMAC-SHA256 tokens stored in secure, HTTP-only cookies. Raw Cinema Nepal enforces rate limits on authentication attempts to prevent brute-force attacks against your private proofing gallery.

4. Media Storage & Infrastructure

Client digital assets are stored in encrypted cloud object storage on Backblaze B2 and delivered globally via Cloudflare CDN with TLS encryption. Database records and session tokens are hosted in managed PostgreSQL databases with strict row-level and role-based access controls.

5. Data Retention & Archival

Digital client galleries remain active on our servers for the duration agreed upon in your production contract (typically 90 to 180 days post-delivery). We recommend clients download and store local offsite backups immediately upon receiving their delivery link. Raw Cinema Nepal reserves the right to archive or decommission delivery links after the contracted period.

6. Deletion Requests & Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your inquiry data or private gallery media at any time. To request deletion of your gallery or personal data, please contact studio management directly at info@rawcinemanepal.com. Confirmed requests are processed within 14 business days.
