1. Studio Commissions & Contract Scope

These Terms of Service govern your relationship with Raw Cinema Nepal (registrant Rasik Wagle) when you book cinematography, photography, or creative visual production services, or use our digital platforms. Specific deliverables, payment schedules, and production days are set forth in individual service agreements signed prior to project execution.

2. Client Galleries & PIN Security

Upon completion of post-production, clients are provided access to a private web gallery secured with a unique personal identification number (PIN).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gallery PIN and access link.
• Raw Cinema Nepal is not liable for unauthorized downloads or viewing resulting from the client sharing their access credentials with third parties.
• Any automated scraping, unauthorized credential testing, or interference with gallery infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

3. Copyright & Usage License

All photographs, raw video footage, edited cinema films, and creative edits produced by Raw Cinema Nepal remain the intellectual property and copyright of Raw Cinema Nepal and Rasik Wagle, unless an explicit copyright transfer agreement is executed in writing.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual personal usage license permitting reproduction, printing, and personal social media display. Commercial advertising, licensing to third parties, or monetization of delivered materials requires prior written studio consent.

4. Digital Delivery & Retention Policy

Digital files uploaded to client galleries are hosted for a minimum of 90 days following delivery notification. Clients must download all delivered high-resolution photographs and videos during this active window. After 90 days, Raw Cinema Nepal may archive or delete gallery files from cloud storage without further notice.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Nepal. Any legal claims or disputes arising out of or related to studio engagements shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
